Description
You will be the first line of technical support, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to setup, bugs, and data pipelines. You'll work directly with customers and internal teams to ensure data quality and improve documentation for a fast-growing marketing intelligence platform.
Requirements
- 2+ years software engineering or support engineering experience
- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and web-based APIs
- 2+ years working directly with customers in a technical capacity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with administrator tooling like Retool or Django Admin
Responsibilities
- Act as first-line support for technical issues via tickets, Slack, or CSMs
- Diagnose and resolve implementation issues including scripts and APIs
- Own data quality issues end-to-end, partnering with internal teams
- Escalate complex issues to Engineering with clear reproduction details
- Improve external-facing documentation for onboarding and self-serve workflows
