You'll bridge customer needs and platform engineering for Toyota's Woven City robot platform. Your core impact is transforming real-world use cases into scalable platform capabilities. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape a new hardware-software platform from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Elicit and structure requirements from customers and translate into system requirements
• Design solutions leveraging Robot Platform products based on defined architecture
• Contribute to design of platform features, APIs, and data models
• Drive design and validation of features with engineering team
• Organize feasibility, risks, and trade-offs for customer proposals

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience in BtoB SaaS or platform domains
• Ability to translate customer requirements into system requirements through direct engagement
• Experience in system design including API and data integrations
• Japanese proficiency for customer communication and business-level English

• Foundational knowledge of robotics, IoT, or hardware systems
• Practical experience in infrastructure or backend system design
• Experience in logistics or mobility operations and services
