🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver training on luxury customer experience to chauffeurs
• Maintain and create country-specific learning content
• Assess chauffeurs against Wheely standards and provide feedback
• Partner with regional peers to improve training processes

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a specialized training role
• In-depth knowledge of MS PowerPoint / Google Slides
• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing luxury environment
• Track record of delivering engaging training programs
