Description
You will lead a team of maintenance technicians and associates for single-family and multi-family properties. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance operations, emergency response, hiring, training, payroll approval, quality assurance, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Requirements
- 3+ years management experience
- 5+ years property maintenance experience for multi-family/single-family
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- HVAC Type I and Type II or Universal certification strongly desired
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of in-house technicians and portfolio associates
- Coordinate routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance for properties
- Serve as lead contact for emergency responses
- Interview and select qualified candidates for the team
- Review and approve payroll for field team members
