• Manage engineering teams for Jobs and Business Insights domains
• Set goals and conduct regular 1-on-1s with team members
• Remove roadblocks and build guardrails for team productivity
• Collaborate with Product Management and Design stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record as a software engineer and in a leadership position guiding teams
• Strong full-stack technical background with design and architecture experience
• Deep knowledge of Ruby on Rails or ReactJS
• Ability to lead agile teams and adapt to change
