You'll own day-to-day execution, delivery timelines, and quality standards while co-owning roadmap planning. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team developing restaurant management software and integrations.
• Own execution decisions, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
• Optimize team processes for velocity and quality.
• Collaborate with product and design on roadmap planning.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as an engineering manager.
• Excellent grasp of system design and modern architecture patterns.
• Hands-on experience with React Native, TypeScript, NodeJS, DataDog, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with agile methodologies and quality-first mindset.
