💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Infrastructure team powering Axion's AI platform for manufacturing. You'll drive cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and reliability to enable seamless product scalability. This role offers the chance to combine hands-on technical leadership with building a high-performing team at a well-funded startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps and SRE engineers.
• Own cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and incident response.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to align infrastructure with product goals.
• Drive infrastructure modernization, capacity planning, and cost efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• Deep experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Strong background in CI/CD, observability, and incident management.
• At least 2 years in an engineering management or team lead role.
