💼 About This Role

You'll join a growing commercial team underwriting construction and conventional loans, ranging from $2.5M to $50M. You'll ensure compliance with lending guidelines and find creative solutions to meet service and volume targets while collaborating with internal and external partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and underwrite commercial credit facilities for all mortgage product types
• Communicate with external and internal contacts to ensure timely processing
• Manage deal flow to meet prescribed deadlines
• Perform administrative and reporting duties for the department

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years commercial mortgage underwriting experience
• Post-secondary education in business or finance preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
