You'll serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers in a government contract environment, managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. You'll drive full-cycle recruiting and support payroll and leave administration. This role offers a chance to contribute to a mission-driven organization with a potential permanent transition.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Serve as primary HR contact for employee relations and inquiries.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and maintain employee records.
- Administer leave programs and support payroll data validation.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of HR Generalist and/or full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Paylocity and Zoho.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in a government contract environment.
- Knowledge of Service Contract Act (SCA) regulations.
- Familiarity with ATS and ticketing systems like Jira or JazzHR.
