You'll serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers in a government contract environment, managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. You'll drive full-cycle recruiting and support payroll and leave administration. This role offers a chance to contribute to a mission-driven organization with a potential permanent transition.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Serve as primary HR contact for employee relations and inquiries.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and maintain employee records.
  • Administer leave programs and support payroll data validation.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR Generalist and/or full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Paylocity and Zoho.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in a government contract environment.
  • Knowledge of Service Contract Act (SCA) regulations.
  • Familiarity with ATS and ticketing systems like Jira or JazzHR.
