🎯 What You'll Do

• Own daily promotions and gift-with-purchase strategy calendar.
• Design and execute structured testing roadmap for offer types and mechanics.
• Serve as primary liaison to cross-functional marketing teams.
• Pull, analyze, and synthesize promotional performance data weekly.
• Manage and mentor a small, high-performing team.

📋 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in pricing, promotions, revenue management, or growth strategy.
• Proven experience owning promotional or pricing strategy end-to-end.
• Strong analytical capabilities with SQL, Excel, or BI tools.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
