  • Plan and coordinate logistics for team meetings and events
  • Handle sensitive confidential information with discretion
  • Manage office operations including supplies and vendor relations

  • 5+ years of administrative experience
  • Experience managing calendars in Outlook across time zones
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, G-Suite, and Concur

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
