- Manage schedules and travel for leaders across multiple departments
- Plan and coordinate logistics for team meetings and events
- Handle sensitive confidential information with discretion
- Manage office operations including supplies and vendor relations
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- Experience managing calendars in Outlook across time zones
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, G-Suite, and Concur
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Organizational awareness and ability to interact at all levels
