💼 About This Role

You'll architect and build the systems powering Redpanda's Agentic Data Plane (ADP), a new AI infrastructure category. You'll design and develop on Bring Your Own Cloud, Serverless, and Redpanda Connect offerings. This role offers the chance to shape technical culture and meet a 99.99% SLA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build ADP cloud services across AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Convert ambiguous product requirements into technical designs
• Lead technical direction of large projects within ADP
• Participate in on-call escalation chain

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience designing and operating large-scale systems in public cloud
• Track record leading large technical projects end-to-end
• Strong proficiency in Go (or comparable systems language)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building Kubernetes operators for stateful workloads
• Experience building or operating SaaS platforms
• Experience with streaming platforms as a user or provider
