You will provide advanced healthcare services in a 100% outpatient primary care clinic, diagnosing illnesses, prescribing medications, and collaborating with a team to deliver holistic, value-based care. You'll have a dedicated Medical Assistant and support team, a guaranteed base salary with bonus potential, and the opportunity to work across multiple clinic locations in Texas.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner and RN licenses in Texas
• Master's in Nursing (Doctorate preferred)
• 2+ years clinical experience as an NP in a physician practice or hospital
• Board certification as NP (preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality and check in with patients about test results and prognoses
• Advise patients on prescriptions and treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., x-rays, blood work)
• Refer patients to specialists as needed
• Update patient charts and use EHR software
