📋 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experience in Data Platform or equivalent
• Proven experience leading company-wide initiatives across teams
• Experience with ETL frameworks, metrics stores, and infrastructure management
• Proficiency in building and maintaining multi-geographical data pipelines at scale

• Hands-on design experience with modern Lakehouse architecture
• Experience with GCP, Databricks, BigQuery, Kafka, Kubernetes, Spark
