💼 About This Role

You'll provide virtual therapy to individuals across diverse backgrounds as a fully remote W2 employee. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care in a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. This role offers licensure support for high-demand states and benefits starting at 24 hours/week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide virtual therapy and counseling to individuals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care remotely

📋 Requirements

• Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license
• Independent practice eligibility (no provisional licenses)
• 1–3 years of post-licensure experience
• Comfortable with virtual platforms
