You'll own the end-to-end creation of customer-facing educational video content, from storyboarding through publishing, for agentic AI solutions. Your work will help users master the Harvey platform and drive engagement through scalable content. You'll be an early video creator shaping the visual voice of customer education at a fast-growing AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop high-quality instructional videos for customer education
• Drive full production lifecycle from storyboarding to publishing
• Create diverse video formats including walkthroughs and motion graphics
• Update videos to align with new product releases and features

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years creating educational video content for SaaS products
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts through visual storytelling
• Proficiency with Loom, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing tools
• Experience leveraging AI-driven tools for video creation
