💼 About This Role

You'll lead capital markets transformation workstreams and manage day-to-day delivery for top-tier clients. You'll analyze processes and data, design target-state solutions, and implement automations. This role offers exposure to both OTC derivatives and SFT domains.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and run workstreams across operating model, process, data, and technology
• Analyze and improve trade lifecycle processes including OTC derivatives and SFT
• Conduct workshops and produce BRD/FRD and process flows
• Manage testing/UAT and coordinate with business users

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or capital markets operations/technology roles
• In-depth understanding of equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, and alternative assets
• Experience with SQL or Python for data analysis
• Background in process design, workflow development, and UAT

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with platforms like Murex, Calypso/Adenza, Bloomberg
• Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Alteryx, or UiPath
• Knowledge of Power BI for visualization
