💼 About This Role

You'll manage care for home health patients, conducting assessments and developing care plans. You'll provide prenatal and postpartum support including after miscarriage and abortion. This role offers the chance to work with a trusted reproductive health provider on California's Central Coast.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Develop and revise plan of care with patient and physician
• Provide direct care, education, and support to patients and families
• Coordinate physician orders and community services

📋 Requirements

• One year of professional nursing experience
• Current active RN license issued by California BRN
• BLS certification maintained
• English-Spanish bilingual skills required

✨ Nice to Have

• Postpartum experience preferred
• Lactation support experience preferred
• Certified Doula or 5 years doula experience preferred
