📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Quality Operations or similar roles
• Strong systems-thinking and operational problem-solving skills
• Experience building QA processes and operational workflows
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Experience with SQL, Python, Retool, Airtable, Zendesk, Notion
• Experience in healthcare, RCM, or AI operations
