You will support IT operations in multiple datacenters worldwide, solving challenging firmware and hardware issues with servers, taking charge of hardware problem management, and collaborating with R&D to improve hardware designs. Requirements

• Deep knowledge of datacenters, server and network equipment
• Advanced skills with Unix operating system and command line
• Advanced network troubleshooting skills
• Experience with equipment monitoring and data analysis
• High proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Solve challenging firmware and hardware issues with servers
• Take charge of hardware problem management and develop new solutions
• Act as subject matter expert and escalation point for team members
• Collaborate with R&D to improve hardware designs
• Create processes and documentation for IT hardware team
