You'll manage and expand enterprise relationships for a fast-growing developer platform at WorkOS. You'll drive revenue growth through experimentation and collaborate with internal teams. This role offers the opportunity to build early sales processes and shape a key part of the company's GTM motion.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Identify, qualify and close high potential customers
  • Lead experiments to increase revenue in enterprise segment
  • Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams
  • Develop proposals, presentations, contracts, and terms

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Deep technical knowledge of WorkOS product offerings
  • Proficiency with CRM tools

  • Previous startup experience in high-growth PLG organizations
  • Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) solutions like SSO, directory sync, or audit logs
