๐ผ About This Role
You'll manage and expand enterprise relationships for a fast-growing developer platform at WorkOS. You'll drive revenue growth through experimentation and collaborate with internal teams. This role offers the opportunity to build early sales processes and shape a key part of the company's GTM motion.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify, qualify and close high potential customers
- Lead experiments to increase revenue in enterprise segment
- Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams
- Develop proposals, presentations, contracts, and terms
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Deep technical knowledge of WorkOS product offerings
- Proficiency with CRM tools

- Previous startup experience in high-growth PLG organizations
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) solutions like SSO, directory sync, or audit logs
