💼 About This Role
You'll own and scale Europe partnerships within the Data and AI ecosystem, driving revenue and pipeline. You will be the single Europe owner for Databricks and Snowflake partnerships, embedding Thoughtworks capabilities into their field motions. This role sits at the intersection of strategic partnership and enterprise sales, closing multi-party Data AI transformation engagements.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own pipeline generation and revenue targets for Data AI alliance.
- Define and evolve joint go-to-market strategy with Databricks/Snowflake.
- Embed Databricks/Snowflake solutions into client engagements and proposals.
- Develop Thoughtworks' Databricks/Snowflake market reputation through thought leadership.
📋 Requirements
- Deep Databricks/Snowflake ecosystem knowledge and hands-on platform familiarity.
- Track record of alliance revenue from a named technology partnership.
- C-level credibility influencing senior enterprise stakeholders on data/AI decisions.
- Existing relationships with Databricks/Snowflake sellers or partner success teams.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with hyperscaler relationships (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of Data Intelligence Platform, Mosaic AI, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog.
