Description

You will guide customers to design and build reliable, scalable systems using MongoDB's data platform. You'll work closely with sales executives to win deals by solving customer business problems through technical alignment and value articulation.

Requirements

• 8-11 years customer-facing experience; 5-7 years pre-sales with enterprise software
• 3+ years with modern scripting (Python, Node.js, SQL) or programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#)
• Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Ability to review complex application architecture and provide improvement guidance
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey complex technical concepts

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and performant applications, systems, and infrastructure using MongoDB
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB
• Collaborate with sales team on account planning, opportunity prioritization, and pipeline generation
• Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and industry events
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure customer success and satisfaction
