Description

You will operate machinery to fabricate glass products, read orders and tags, and maintain a safe work area while handling glass pieces. Your work contributes to architectural projects that shape communities.

Requirements

• Ability to control machine operation for glass manipulation
• Ability to read job-related paperwork and labels
• Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Lift 75 lbs consistently over a 10-hour period
• Stand on concrete in steel toe boots up to 12 hours per day

Responsibilities

• Operate machine to manipulate/fabricate glass into finished product
• Read and interpret product tags, orders, and sketches
• Set up equipment based on job specifications
• Safely operate and adjust machinery; perform operator-level maintenance
• Move/lift glass and metal product from tables, racks, trucks, or crates
