💼 About This Role

You'll lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle for telecommunications, cloud and cyber services opportunities. You'll bring structure and consistency to bid processes while shaping strategic proposals for enterprise and government clients. This stand-alone role offers high ownership and direct impact on win rates.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage bid lifecycle from qualification to handover.
• Establish bid frameworks, governance, and templates.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs from sales, legal, and delivery.
• Maintain reusable content libraries and improve submission quality.
• Lead internal reviews and customer feedback sessions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Bid Management or Proposal Management.
• Background in telecommunications or MSP environment.
• Experience with enterprise or government tenders.
• Knowledge of Australian regulatory frameworks (SOCI, APRA).

• Experience with cloud, cyber security or managed services.
• Security clearance eligibility.
