💼 About This Role

You'll join Elliptic's AI Platform team at its inception to build foundational infrastructure for AI development. You'll create model serving infrastructure and prompt pipelines that domain teams rely on. This role offers the chance to shape how AI is engineered across the business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build core AI platform components: model serving, prompt pipelines, evaluation harnesses
• Support agentic workflows with tooling, orchestration, and reliability mechanisms
• Instrument AI systems for observability: tracing, token costs, latency and quality signals
• Contribute to prompt tooling for writing, versioning, and testing across teams
• Collaborate with domain teams to integrate with platform foundations

📋 Requirements

• Deep curiosity about AI extending beyond simple tool use
• Pride in building infrastructure that other engineers love to work with
• Comfort with ambiguity and learning in public
• Holistic thinking about complex system interactions

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with LLMs or ML systems in production or projects
• Familiarity with AI protocols (MCP, A2A, ACP) and trends
• Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangSmith, Databricks AgentBricks
