💼 About This Role

You'll act as the founder's right hand, owning high-priority projects across every function at a fast-growing AI startup. Your core impact is clearing the path so the founder's time is spent on what only he can do. This role offers direct exposure to world-class investors and advisors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own high-priority special projects across every function end-to-end
• Track decisions and actions from key meetings, follow up, surface blockers
• Prepare board materials, data packages, and pre-reads
• Build lightweight operational systems without adding overhead

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience, 3+ in a high-output role like consulting or startup ops
• NYC-based; 5 days/week in-office
• Proven track record producing board- and CEO-ready materials independently
• Comfortable making judgment calls with incomplete information

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior Chief of Staff or BizOps experience
