💼 About This Role

You'll define and govern enterprise network architecture standards across a distributed manufacturing environment. You'll lead the transition from fragmented site-specific designs to scalable, standardized architectures. This role focuses on architectural leadership and engineering discipline without owning day-to-day operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and govern enterprise network architecture standards across LAN, WAN, wireless, voice, and plant connectivity.
  • Lead transition from fragmented site-specific designs to standardized, scalable architectures.
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity to translate security requirements into enforceable architectural designs.
  • Drive lifecycle planning including hardware/software refresh cycles and CAPEX prioritization.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience owning enterprise network architecture across multi-site environments (LAN, WAN, wireless, voice).
  • Demonstrated success standardizing fragmented network environments and driving adoption of enterprise design standards.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or plant-adjacent environments with an understanding of uptime and operational constraints.
  • Strong ability to influence without direct operational ownership, enforcing design discipline across distributed teams.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with OT and plant stakeholder collaboration.
  • Experience with network segmentation and IT/OT integration.
  • CCIE or equivalent certification.
