Description

You will protect our facility, associates, customers, and assets by securing gates and buildings, verifying authorized access, and providing customer service at the gate. You'll use handheld devices to input vehicle information and support inventory control procedures.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to handle conflict situations positively
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive various vehicles
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Secure all gates and buildings and patrol the premises
• Verify only authorized individuals enter the property
• Check gate passes and departing vehicles to guard against theft
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service
• Input vehicle information (VIN, miles, etc.) using a handheld device
