Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and Financial Aid experience
• College level coursework in accounting, finance, or related field
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Process financial aid documentation including VA Education Benefits and scholarships
• Monitor FAFSA submissions and maintain accurate records
• Track MPN submissions and conduct loan counseling sessions
• Stay updated on financial aid regulations to ensure compliance
• Meet with students to explain aid options and provide ongoing support
