You'll lead business enablement for Airbnb's global collaboration tech stack, leveraging AI to enhance productivity. You'll align cross-functional teams and drive technology roadmaps. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility to work from anywhere in the US.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Align with business groups on strategic vision and priorities
• Develop and maintain technology roadmap with cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead business requirements gathering and analyze key processes
• Drive productivity by improving or implementing new AI-enhanced processes

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years experience with SaaS technologies for internal employees
• Experience in establishing business partnerships within and outside organization
• Proficiency in requirements gathering including user stories and process flows
• Working knowledge with Jira Cloud

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI technologies in enterprise settings
• Experience with tools like Slack, Miro, Asana, Figma, Airtable
