You'll work as part of a driven team to deploy voice AI technology against the most challenging customer problems. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams into a cohesive understanding of the most important problem, data, product needs, and user motivations. Partner with Engineers to implement innovative solutions and guide customers on best practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet with strategic customers to understand critical audio and voice AI needs
• Identify relevant use cases and implement voice AI solutions
• Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers
• Guide customers on best practices for AI implementation

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
• Basic proficiency in Python and API integration
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects
