🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily outbound operations including picking, packing, staging, loading, and dispatch.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide real-time coaching to associates.
• Enforce food safety standards and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Serve as first point of contact for floor issues and support training of new hires.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
• Warehouse Management System experience.
• Ability to work late evening shifts and flexible schedule including weekends.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
