Description

As an Automotive Detail Supervisor at Carvana, you will lead a team of hourly associates to ensure vehicles meet our rigorous quality standards through our 150-point inspection process. You'll manage production flow, coach your team, and resolve issues to deliver a no-hassle car buying experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Standing for extended periods with frequent stretching, reaching, walking
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work overtime/weekends

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars in and out of the Inspection Center safely for repairs
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Coach, develop, and performance manage assigned team
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
• Lead team using Quality Control standards to minimize re-checks and delays
