You'll identify and engage high-potential prospects in Latin America, collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing to grow pipeline. You'll play a key role in expanding Payoneer's reach across the region through multi-channel outbound campaigns. This role offers hybrid work and the chance to be on the frontlines of expansion in a fast-growing fintech.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Research and identify ideal customer profiles by industry and financial needs
- Launch and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify and book meetings
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
๐ Requirements
- 2โ4 years in an SDR/BDR role
- Track record of exceeding KPIs for outbound pipeline generation
- Experience with outbound tools (Salesloft, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, Aircall, Salesforce)
- Native or fluent Portuguese or Spanish, strong English

- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B financial services
- Experience with SMBs, exporters, or digital platforms
- Based in Sรฃo Paulo or Buenos Aires
