💼 About This Role

You'll oversee sheet metal projects and lead a team to ensure quality and safety standards. Your core impact is coordinating resources and supervising field operations for successful project delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, assign, and schedule sheet metal jobs based on priorities and resource availability.
• Order materials and equipment, and coordinate site deliveries.
• Supervise and train staff on work and safety procedures.
• Maintain supervisory presence at job sites and attend all meetings.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the sheet metal trade
• Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and shop drawings
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and submittals
• Valid driver's license

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to create simple drawings
