You'll join a multidisciplinary team providing clinically focused interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate clients to identify functional goals and interventions
• Support staff in addressing evolving client needs and providing daily interventions
• Offer training and guidance to promote client independence
• Serve as a resource to educate clients and families about conditions

📋 Requirements

• Must possess a current OTR/L license from Massachusetts
• Experience working with adults with mental illness
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license
