- Interpret and audit post-closing allocation spreadsheets for import
- Manage multiple Shareholder Representative deals and track phases
- Import and export files for system of record (NetSuite)
- Confirm data accuracy for shareholder reporting
π Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 2-3 years financial operations analyst experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formula writing and interpretation
- Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite
