• Interpret and audit post-closing allocation spreadsheets for import
• Manage multiple Shareholder Representative deals and track phases
• Import and export files for system of record (NetSuite)
• Confirm data accuracy for shareholder reporting

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 2-3 years financial operations analyst experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formula writing and interpretation
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite
