💼 About This Role

You'll provide legal support across multiple jurisdictions for an open finance API platform, researching laws, conducting privacy impact assessments, and drafting contracts. You'll play a core role in enabling financial innovation in Latin America while working with a remote-friendly, global team backed by top VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and analyze applicable laws and regulations across jurisdictions
• Draft, review, and negotiate medium to high complexity agreements
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and support data protection best practices
• Support corporate governance matters for Mexican entities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• 3+ years of legal experience in fintech, tech, or financial institution
• Experience in data protection and privacy laws
• Fluency in English and Spanish

• Experience in regional tech companies or cross-border deals in Latin America
• Exposure to fintech, payments, or financial services regulation
• Experience designing or advising on compliance frameworks
