Description

You will serve as the connective tissue for ORD, operationalizing business rhythms that keep Engineering, Product, and Design teams aligned with Go-To-Market strategy. You'll orchestrate executive engagements, translate technical progress into data-driven narratives, and ensure leadership is focused on high-priority outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in Management Consulting, Strategic Program Management, or Business Operations in high-growth tech.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's (MBA or similar) preferred.
• Proven ability to influence and provide strategic counsel to C-level executives.
• Strong program management, creative problem-solving, and detail-oriented execution skills.
• Prior experience in high-growth SaaS or Cloud Computing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage end-to-end lifecycle of ORD leadership meetings, setting strategic agenda and ensuring follow-through.
• Act as primary bridge between EPD and GTM teams, synchronizing product delivery timelines with market expectations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for C-suite prep and follow-ups, managing briefing cycles and accountability.
• Refine R&D operating model to eliminate friction and improve communication flow for scalable efficiency.
• Lead and scale a high-performing team of Operations Managers, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
