You'll lead a team of Client Success Managers for expansion accounts while directly managing 1-2 key accounts yourself. Your role focuses on driving retention, growth, and value through structured success plans, executive business reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
  • 1+ years leading teams
  • Proven success managing complex enterprise accounts
  • Executive presence and confidence leading VP/C-level meetings
  • Experience with CRM and customer success platforms

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of expansion accounts with responsibility for renewal, expansion, and relationship development
  • Lead and coach a team of Client Success Managers, setting clear expectations and providing coaching
  • Build and execute structured success plans for clients
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support
  • Use data to proactively manage risk and identify opportunities
