You'll partner with senior executives to lead and scale Research and Engineering departments at a technology company applying AI/ML to finance. You'll drive strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, and foster cross-functional team development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with senior leadership to define strategic goals and roadmaps
• Lead and oversee large-scale, cross-functional projects
• Monitor KPIs and present updates to executive leadership
• Mentor and coach a growing team of PMO staff

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of program or project management experience
• 3 years in a management role focused on strategy operations
• Proven track record delivering complex programs in high-tech environments
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and advanced Excel

• Experience with OKRs and strategic planning
• Business intelligence best practices and tools
• PMP or PgMP certification
