You'll join the engineering team at The Kennedy-Warren, a luxury residential property in Washington DC. You'll handle maintenance and repair of HVAC, appliances, plumbing, and carpentry to ensure resident satisfaction and property upkeep. This role offers union benefits and a supportive work culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance on buildings and grounds
• Process service requests and scheduled maintenance duties
• Turnover and renovation of apartment units
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, appliances, plumbing, and electrical

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance technician experience
• HVAC Certification and Universal CFC certification
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and work at heights up to 25 feet
• Valid driver's license

• Pool operator's license
• Experience with electrical wiring and carpentry
