💼 About This Role

You'll join the E-2 engine team at Vast, designing the world's highest-performing small launcher engine while optimizing for production and cost. You'll help complete the flight engine design and transition from development to production. This role offers the chance to work on next-generation space stations and contribute to a permanent human presence in space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design parts and assemblies using CAD and perform analysis
• Support manufacturing through 3D printing, machining, and inspection
• Assist with propulsion component assembly and engine testing
• Communicate progress and issues with the team

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• 3+ years of experience with mechanical design, development, fabrication, assembly, or test

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NX CAD software
• Knowledge of ANSYS and MATLAB
• Strong problem-solving skills
