You'll build and lead TensorWave's customer organization, owning satisfaction and retention for AI startups and Fortune 500 clients. You'll drive scalable customer success processes and serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts. This role offers a chance to shape the function at a high-growth AI infrastructure company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define hypergrowth customer operations strategy
• Build and mentor a team of technical CSMs
• Lead quarterly business reviews with customer stakeholders
• Design scalable onboarding and renewal processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in CS or related technical field
• 7+ years in customer success in cloud or AI/ML platforms
• 5+ years managing managers and building teams
• Technical fluency with cloud computing and GPU architecture

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or advanced technical degree
• Hands-on experience with AMD Instinct or NVIDIA GPUs
• Startup experience scaling from Series A to IPO
