You will support the Speciality Servicing Operations team by processing legally sensitive documents, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. Your work directly impacts members' financial well-being in a fast-paced banking environment.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Paralegal Studies, Finance, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years experience in banking operations, legal support, or compliance
• Working knowledge of FCRA, Regulation E, FDCPA, and state banking laws
• Familiarity with Power of Attorney, third-party authorization, and debt validation
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming attorney letters and third-party authorizations
• Evaluate Power of Attorney documents for completeness and legal compliance
• Identify and escalate fraudulent or deficient documents to legal
• Respond to debt validation requests within legal timeframes
• Implement process improvements in speciality servicing operations
