💼 About This Role

You'll scale organic traffic for Botan, a plant identification and care site targeting the US market, as part of a product company with 30+ AI-first products. You will own the SEO roadmap end-to-end and directly impact global user growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect and cluster semantic core for commercial and content pages.
• Prepare SEO briefs for content, dev, and design teams.
• Conduct technical site audits and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor indexing, crawlability, and technical health.
• Coordinate link-building and anchor plans.

📋 Requirements

• 2.5+ years of SEO Specialist experience.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush/Serpstat, Screaming Frog.
• B1+ English for working with English-language content.

• Experience with large sites (5k+ pages).
• Experience with programmatic SEO.
• Experience with Next.js and JS SEO.
