You'll join a technology-enabled brokerage as an Investment Advisor, focusing on commercial real estate transactions in the Bay Area. You'll build a client base through cold-calling and business development, leveraging mentorship and a supportive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cold-call and prospect for new commercial real estate clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors and tenants
• Execute lease and sale transactions from start to close
• Collaborate with senior advisors on complex deals

📋 Requirements

• Valid California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license (or willingness to obtain)
• Proven success in business or sales (entrepreneurial experience preferred)
• Experience with cold-calling or door-to-door sales
• Elementary understanding of business finance and real estate investments
