🎯 What You'll Do

• Own complete design lifecycle from research to high-fidelity implementation
• Design and refine AI-driven conversational and non-conversational workflows
• Craft micro-interactions, motion, and feedback states for AI responses
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design system evolution

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years of professional experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems
• Experience designing conversational AI agents and AI-driven interfaces
• Proven ability to mentor junior designers and work in agile cross-functional teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Knowledge of other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Experience with AI-powered design tools for ideation and prototyping
