You'll handle incoming calls from customers seeking better insurance options, advise them on the best policies, make outbound calls to prospective clients, and assist with the purchase process. Your goal is to drive revenue and growth while delivering a world-class customer experience.

Requirements

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Insurance License
• 1+ year of phone sales experience
• 1+ year of remote work experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and be coached

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers seeking insurance options

• Assist with policy purchase process, including DocuSign and payment processing
• Attain sales goals while providing quality customer service
